Nour Khrais, Founder and CEO of Maysalward with over 12 years of international experience in the Online and Mobile Value Added Services. Prior to forming Maysalward, Nour worked in a multicultural environment between VAS companies in Jordan, Dubai, Egypt, Qatar and France. In Nov 2003 under a Glocalized vision, Nour Launched the first Mobile Game Development operation in the Middle East Region offering unique games targeting the Middle East, Europe and Latin American Markets. Maysalward first games were Middle East card games, multi-platform and online games and spread as far as international markets such as Mexico. His passion for Games and mobile entertainment enforced with strong a business vision and management in mobile value added services, guarantee the success and uniqueness of product and services production. He has lectured and sat on several conference panels on gaming throughout the years. Nour has a Master in International Business, Global Marketing and Internationalization, Diploma in Mobile Telecommunication and BSc of Agriculture Engineering. Khrais is a certified ScrumMaster in Game development. In addition Khrais a founding board member and Chairman of Jordan Gaming Task Force (www.gamingtaskforce.com)

Ziad is one the pioneers in Mobile Data Services & Content in the Middle East. Before partnering in Maysalward and becoming a partner, Ziad was heading Data Services & Content team at Zain Group, where he led several initiatives and projects including revenue enhancement, benchmarking, knowledge sharing, content partnerships in addition to roll out of BlackBerry service and music / games portals across 22 markets in Middle East & Africa. Prior to role in Zain Group, he spent nearly 7 years heading the Data department at Zain Jordan where he and his team introduced local & regional market first services such as MMS, Mobile Blogging, Video Streaming and localized services and java games. Ziad, with over 18 years of experience has worked with ISP’s & in e-commerce projects since the early days of the Internet and has been a speaker & panelist on several regional & international mobile content conferences. Ziad launched Commsmea prize winner “Most innovative mobile non voice service” – Fastlink Blog & led team that received RIM Award of Excellence for Speed & Skill in launching BlackBerry Service. Ziad’s passion is in business development & marketing with innovation as core. Ziad has a BA, double major Marketing & Economics, from New England College, UK 1990, and an MBA from Cass Business School, London 1996 and served on the board of Zain Sports Club – Jordan (Local & Regional Basketball Champions 2006 – 09).

Gaming runs in the blood of Maysalward team. We believe the spirit of one team along with passion is the core strengths of Maysalward allowing it to create & innovate in the gaming domain worldwide. We, backed by strong management, are a group of 15 members ranging from concept & story tellers, artists & designers to developers & quality testers. We operate two studios based in Amman & Irbid bringing a diverse and qualified team together to excel in game development & marketing. With this combination, we work on glocalization of our games & services allowing Maysalward to develop & distribute globally while tailoring it locally for different gamer tastes and interests. We have been over the past 8 years delivering unique mobile & online games & services to mobile operators, handset & device vendors, marketing & advertising agencies and application stores. Maysalward is also involved in the community providing training, internship and game boot camps to school & university students locally & regionally. We believe that by building gaming awareness & interest, we are able to help in community building & education via game plays. Maysalward is a Founder and Chairs the Jordan Gaming Taskforce.
